Just finished watching “The Biggest Loser” and also just finished crying like a big baby! Coach Mo reminded me so much of my dad that I guess it struck a nerve-also considering I just finished talking with my dad, it hit even harder.

His integrity there was amazing! He didn’t want to vote someone out just because he wanted to stay in the game-he knew he lost the least amount of weight AND he was in a lot of pain and said he would probably not help the team much. I admire that so much!

AND THEN to see his transformation after leaving the show? AMAZING! That’s when I starting balling! To use what he’s learned from the show to help others, especially kids, is so uplifting to hear. It’s trully inspiring! I hope that I can be nearly as inspiring as he has been to those kids and as he has to me! What a man! It’s so hard to find REAL MEN these days! Guess that’s why I’m single. I’m expecting to find a man just as wonderful as my dad and so far, no one has come close! I’ll keep waiting though because I refuse to settle for less! I deserve the best!
