Just want to yell out, the Nintendo Wii is the best thing since sliced bread! It’s amazing! It makes you want to exercise and we all know how hard it is to get motivated to do that. I’ve been doing it for what feels like 2 weeks straight and already can tell a difference! I’m currently training for the St. Jude 5K this Saturday so it’s been helping me with just stregth training and keeping endurance going when I can’t get out and run. Today though, I’m hoping to get on the treadmill to get a few miles in. There’s still nothing like real exercise! SWEATY exercise!

Workout time!!
Well, in order to maintain my “figure” after eating very badly today (sushi, crab salad with ginger dressing, and cheesecake tempura), I must now punish my body with a full-fledged workout! Well, full-fledged for me. This means 30 minutes jogging/walking and then 30 minutes on the elliptical. Let’s do this!!
